Linda
Director & Tax Agent
Linda brings a unique and empowering perspective to her journey in business and finance. Holding a Master’s degree in Commerce, she began her accounting career at a top 20 ASX-listed company, balancing a role as a graduate accountant during the week with dancing on the weekends. She has built an impressive property portfolio, which includes a farm, a beach house, an office block, and other investments. Linda now enjoys spending time on her farm, where she manages horse agistment.
Tess
SENIOR PARTNER & ACCOUNTANT
Tess is a qualified CPA member with a Bachelor of Accounting and a strong background in both corporate and client-focused roles. She has worked with well-known companies such as JB Hi-Fi, Scoopon, and Catch of the Day.
With a dry sense of humour and a practical, no-nonsense approach, Tess is passionate about helping clients feel informed and confident about their finances. Outside of work, Tess enjoys spending time with her two kids, her dog, and rearranging her home for a fresh perspective.
Tegan
Tax Accountant
Tegan is a skilled tax accountant and member of ipa, with a strong background in both public practice and in-house accounting. With experience preparing and lodging tax returns, managing payroll, and supporting small businesses, she brings a practical, hands-on approach to her work. She has been part of our team for nearly five years, where her attention to detail and genuine care for clients have made her an invaluable asset. Outside of the office, Tegan juggles life as a parent and co-owns two farms with her partner. Together, they run a farm-to-plate service and Black Angus beef stud.
Brodi
Bookkeeper & Payroll
Brodi is a dedicated and experienced bookkeeper who has been a valued member of the Empire team for the past seven years. Prior to that, she worked as an in-house bookkeeper and payroll officer for a major building company, gaining strong experience and a practical understanding of business operations. Outside of work, Brodi is a proud mum of four and a passionate animal lover, sharing her home with two rescue dogs. She enjoys listening to podcasts and is always seeking ways to grow, reflect, and improve—both personally and professionally.
Bek
Bookkeeper & Accounting Support
Bek brings valuable experience from her four years in banking, where she progressed to the role of bank manager. In that time, she developed strong expertise in business development, leadership, and customer service. She holds a Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping and joined the Empire team in 2023. Bek has a passion for both numbers and people, making her a natural fit for client services. Outside of work, she enjoys horse riding and staying active with her four kids. Her approachable nature and dedication to helping clients make her a valued member of the team.
Emma
Administration & Marketing Coordinator
Emma joined us after managing and marketing a not-for-profit organisation straight out of high school. With a keen eye for branding and digital engagement, she has been our marketing coordinator for the past two years. Known for her creativity, Emma is also an avid reader with a book collection that could rival a small library. A devoted animal lover, she brings warmth, humour, and heart to everything she does—both inside and outside the workplace.
